Processing & Handling Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
- Custom & Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Items: Custom-made items or items ordered while out of stock require a production and handling window of 2 to 4 weeks prior to shipping.
Communication for Custom Orders
We closely track every custom order. For all custom-made items, we will communicate directly with you via email throughout the process to provide production updates, estimated completion timelines, and tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.
