Artist Statement

As a photographer Heather Bell enjoy's being behind my camera as often as possible.  I first fell in love with photography around the age of 8 years old, and my first camera was a Kodak Disc 3600.  Little did I know then the patience I would have now waiting for just the right image to come in front of my lens.  To me photography is relaxing, calming and breath taking all at once.

Photography to Heather is more than just capturing an image.  It's about seeing the image in its raw form by slowing down and capturing the details that might have been missed with a single passing glance.
